Hi, I’m James - founder of Seren Partnership.

I’m an expert negotiation coach, trainer and keynote speaker.

After a successful and highly enjoyable career in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years in a variety of sales & marketing management roles, I worked as a negotiation specialist for one of the largest global negotiation consultancies. In 2012, I set up my own niche consultancy to help individuals and businesses deliver outstanding results.

My client-focused negotiation skills programmes combine the personal touch and agility of a small firm with the expertise of a large consultancy, to deliver first-class solutions for my clients every time.
